Cancellation and Refund Policy
Failure to cancel your reservation at least 24 hours prior to departure time, either by telephone or e-mail, will result in your credit card being charged the full amount of the reserved trip cost. No refunds will be issued for reservations cancelled within 24 hours of departure. Please note that failure to show for the reserved trip without cancellation will result in no refund. If the trip or event is cancelled by providing company, your card will be refunded in full.

Due to the true discounted price of or trips and events, the small space reservation guarantee is non-refundable. This deposit may be applied towards a reschedule or an alternative event.

A Special Note About Children
Children are NOT eligible to use our services unsupervised, and we ask that children under the age of 18 do not submit any personal information to us. If you are a minor, you can use this service only in conjunction with permission and guidance from your parents or guardians.

Policy Modification
We may change this privacy policy from time to time. If and when changes are made , we will e-mail users who have given us permission to do so. We will post changes here so be sure to check back periodically. We will not use the personal information you have submitted to us under the privacy policy in manner that is materially in consistent with this privacy policy, without your prior consent.
